CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48-72 hours in advance via TEXT and EMAIL, because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. -less than 24 hr notice will result in a 50% fee to book your next appointment with me. -if you no show, no call me. You will have to pay 100% of the service you were scheduled for before booking another appointment. - if you no show me more than once, you will not be allowed to book with me any further. I hope you can understand that if I do not have someone in my chair, that’s a loss of revenue for me. ‼️‼️ IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, WE WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE‼️‼️
